We collect only what you choose to submit through the Contact / Request a Quote form: your name, company or organisation, email address, WhatsApp number if provided, website if provided, the service and budget range you select, and any message you write. We do not require an account and do not collect payment information on this website.
How we use it
Information submitted through the form is used solely to respond to your enquiry: to understand what you need, prepare a proposal, and get in touch by email or WhatsApp. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
How we store it
Enquiries are currently handled directly by our team. If Hornwave connects the contact form to an external system in the future (for example, a CRM or email service), this policy will be updated to name that provider before it goes live.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently set tracking or advertising cookies, and no third-party analytics are installed. If that changes, this section will be updated first and, where required, a consent banner will be added.
